For over 20 years, I've been building relationships with some of Australia's finest fruit growers, travelling every year to the tropical growing regions of North Queensland and the Northern Territory, where some of the world's most delicious mangoes are grown.
Over those years, I've also developed strong relationships with cherry and lychee growers, sourcing beautiful Australian summer fruit that keeps customers coming back year after year.
And if there's one thing I've learnt in 20 years, it's that truly great fruit isn't just about the variety — it's about where it's grown, when it's picked and how it gets to you.
Why Our Fruit Tastes Different
We've built our business around one simple belief: the less time fresh fruit spends sitting in the supply chain, the better.
Unlike fruit that can spend days moving between markets, distribution centres, cool rooms and supermarket shelves, our fruit takes a much more direct journey.
Our mangoes are carefully selected, picked and packed on the farm by the growers themselves. From there, they're loaded onto a truck and transported directly to our Sunshine Coast holding facility, ready for you to collect.
When harvest timing and transport align, your fruit can travel from paddock to plate in as little as 24 hours.
That's real farm-direct freshness.

Our famous Kensington Pride mangoes, better known as Bowen Specials, are selected for the qualities that make them an Australian summer favourite — their beautiful aroma, juicy golden flesh and incredibly sweet tropical flavour.
We work with growers who understand the importance of allowing mangoes to reach the right maturity on the tree, giving them the opportunity to develop their natural flavour.
Sometimes that means a few extra marks or small imperfections on the skin. But we're not chasing perfectly polished fruit.
We're chasing the sweetest, tastiest mangoes we can find.
Because it's what's on the inside that really counts.
